On Saturday 8 February the Smart Move Conveyancing team participated in the 2020 Toowoomba House and Land Expo at the Harvey Norman Centre in conjunction with Colliers International.

The rain didn’t stop nearly 20 exhibitors from presenting on the day to give visitors the opportunity to speak directly with quality home, shed and pool builders, lenders, solicitors and Harvey Norman representatives.

Melinda Stead and Justine Shine agreed that it was a fantastic day and they were able to help many people with their questions about the conveyancing process and where to start.

With a free sausage sizzle, live entertainment and a mystery prize draw, there was something for everyone. Over 200 people attended over the course of the day which was the best turnout since 2017, proving that no amount of bad weather will stop locals seeking out the best service and advice.
